You know it was time for another weight watching challenge post! I hope my previous ones are doing a lil’ something something for all you gorgeous ladies! Fat or thin … you’re beautiful !!!

Before I move on to the original post – I would like to clarify something … its really not that much about losing all your fat … its about toning up and lets not forget that – your husband loves you and will appreciate if you are toned up and flexible with your stretching techniques! Its Time to Burn those Burgers! – Post 3

For those brides-to-be or basically anyone who really want an easy exit out of the world of fat and obesity, here is one solution that will not cost you anything!

Fine we did not do well in maths but here is an established secret to instantly shed off some extra fat and get you ready for your calorie burning routines! Start counting your calories or let your smartphone count it for you!

Will I Win or Will I Lose? – POST 1

Are you over-weight?

Well nowadays you don’t have to be even over-weight to think you are fat. Just because our waists and curves don’t match those super-models, we are FAT, regardless of what our BMI says. Do you think you are fat?

We have to agree its more of a psychological thing than of a physical thing. Why do we degrade ourselves to being fat just because we got the curves? Some men DIG that! So, first and more importantly, don’t go blind, deaf and dumb about it. If you want to lessen yourself, FINE! you CAN!

If you want to tone yourself up! Yes!! that’s great. But set priorities, no use of struggling when eventually you will land up somewhere you ‘Think’ you wana be. If you like the way you are, let’s just keep it to that.

Talking about myself, I don’t even have a weighing scale yet (or whatever it’s called). Did I ever need one NO … Duh.

And why has it dawned upon me that losing weight (or fixing myself up) should be taken seriously in my life … Simple … I am getting married soon :P Now I have to stand out on my wedding right? Read the rest of this entry
