Its Time to Burn those Burgers! – Post 3

Some angel fell on my blog and gave me a lot of hits! Thank you all very much for reading my gibberish :)

For those brides-to-be or basically anyone who really want an easy exit out of the world of fat and obesity, here is one solution that will not cost you anything!

Please note that my previous blog about counting your calories is highly applicable for this process as well so read that first here!

No matter if you are a working lady or a stay at home mom – all you have to do is take out 20-30 minutes for this routine. The more the merrier though and an hour through this routine will burn your burgers like anything!

I have been following this lady on youtube who is super sleek and knows her ways – she has taken a routine out of yoga and created this one fine fat-burning routine which does not require any exercise machine or anything, best yet she suggests the best 4 minute exercises so do subscribe to her videos !

Ohh but this particular routine is hard, it takes your breath away super fast but please ladies be patient and learn it, I promise you won’t regret. Another reason why I believe in this routine so much is that is does not cost me a dime. No joining fitness clubs – which is impossible in my case as I work fulltime and I am sure a lot of you can relate to that! Secondly, we buy these huge machines and they do nothing but take up more space around the house.

If you don’t know about yoga, then know this, its super hard, especially power yoga and it really works – and don’t worry if you can’t go about doing it perfectly the first few times. Just Hang In there!

So here is how you do it. When starting to work towards this routine, just sit down and relax, inhale-exhale, breathing is a fundamental part of power yoga and it will help you come closer to this routine. Once you have your mind relaxed and all clear – stretch a bit. Stretch in any way you like, stand up straight and touch your toes without bending your knees or do the legs apart stretching thing or whatever, honestly just get your muscles going for some time. Do this for 10 minutes or so. This will help your body focus on the routine and what it requires. Also, it will make you end up with fewer cramps after your first day of exercise. Lastly, the next day, it will not be harsh on your body for the routine even if you get crampy!

Ladies, give me a week with this routine and I promise you by the end of the week, you will feel all your tight shirts have gone loose. :)
